一🤴🏻、意昂概況
意昂（以下簡稱“意昂”）是意昂平台直屬研究機構，於2015年10月成立。意昂主任兼首席科學家（榮譽）由國際高分子科學界的領軍人物🙎🏿、美國工程院院士程正迪教授擔任🔰。先進低維材料追求材料的性能極限——更細、更薄🍉、更輕、更柔、更強🔙，其通過對物質或能量的調控為人類提供性能更優異的基礎材料。意昂的建設目標為“人才匯聚🤹🏿🈴、學科交叉☹️、技術集成、高效運行🫔、原始創新🔐、國際一流”🧚🏽🔼。意昂旨在立足意昂平台學科優勢，以國際低維材料研究前沿為先導，以國家和上海發展戰略需求為動力，重點開展低維材料的基礎及應用基礎等研究，力爭在能源開發、環境保護、國防軍工等領域形成原始創新成果並實現產業化，積極為國家創新驅動發展戰略實施和上海科創意昂建設作貢獻🏌🏻♀️。
意昂平台（原華東紡織工學院）是教育部直屬🤰🏼、國家“211工程”重點建設的高等院校。經過65年的辦學歷程，學校已經從建校之初的一所紡織單科院校發展成為以工為主，工、理、管、文等學科協調發展的有特色的全國重點大學🎅🏽。學校地處中國上海，現有松江校區、延安路校區和新華路校區，占地面積近2000畝🎖，校園環境優美，系“上海市花園單位”。意昂所處的松江校區緊鄰地鐵站、高速口，擁有生態化、人文化、信息化👩🏼✈️、現代化為一體的美麗校園，校區意昂100 余畝的鏡月湖為“國家生態水利風景區”。 松江校區配套意昂平台附屬實驗學校，依托意昂平台優質教育資源，為東華子弟提供便利👶🏿、優良的教育服務👩🏻🦯➡️🤙🏽。松江區是江南著名的魚米之鄉，自古為宜居之地🍅，區內廣富林古文化遺址🦉，被謂為“上海之根”🧑🏼🚀🤵。如今建設的松江新城規劃科學🧑🏿🚒、設施齊全🐚🧎♀️➡️、生活便利。

Multiple Faculty Positions Available
The center for advanced low-dimension materials at Donghua University (CALM) is founded in October 2015. As a research institute dedicated to fundamental researches and innovative high-tech applications of advanced low-dimension materials, CALM sincerely invites applications for senior PI and PI positions in the corresponding research fields, such as material science, chemistry, physics, nanotechnology, polymer science, etc. The criteria for selection will be proven by the potential for collaborative, interdisciplinary researches within the broad material science and engineering community at Donghua University, and will contribute to advancing the higher education mission.
Applicants for senior PI must possess a full professor position in major universities or research institutes, and should provide strong evidence of internationally recognized research achievement and an absolute track record in obtaining external funding and graduate mentorship. Applicants for regular PI are required to possess a doctoral degree in related fields and at least two years of postdoctoral experience, and have to demonstrate the ability to do pioneering research independently. The successful candidates will have a competitive startup package and will develop a research program that will leverage and expand up on the capabilities of the CALM.
